When you register as a worker or shop, we collect your name, contact number, WhatsApp number, area, and (for shops) owner name and business description. When you write a review or contact us, we collect your name and the details you choose to share.
Your information is used to display your public listing in the directory, to verify your identity before approval, to moderate reviews, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Once approved, your name/shop name, category, area, contact number and WhatsApp number are shown publicly so customers can reach you directly. If you'd like your listing removed, contact us and we will action it promptly.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information stored in our database, including restricting admin access and using parameterised database queries throughout the platform.
